平常心，快乐过

人生短暂，万事但应想得开，随时随地保持心里平衡，相信自己，守住平常心，处变不惊，笑口常开，潇洒走一回，自会快快乐乐地过一生。

1、不对自己过分苛求

　　每个人都有自己的抱负，有些人要求自己过高，根本非能能力所及，于是终日郁郁不得志。这无异自寻烦恼。有些人做事要求十全十美，有时对自己要求近乎吹毛求疵。往往因小瑕而自责，结果受害者还是自己。为了避免挫折感，最好还是明智地把目标和要求规定在自己能力范围之内，懂得欣赏自己的成就，自然会心情舒畅了。

2、对他人期望不要过高

　　很多人把希望寄托在他人身上，尤其是妻望夫、父母望子女成龙。假如对方达不到自己的要求，便会大感失望。其实，人各有志，每个人也都有自己的优缺点，何必非得要求别人迎合自己的要求呢？

3、疏导自己的愤怒情绪

　　当我们勃然水怒时，很多错事或失态之事也就油然而生。与其事后懊悔，倒不如事前明智地自制。

4、偶尔也需要屈服

　　成大事者处事无不从大处看，只有无见识的人才会去死钻牛角尖。明智的有识之士只有大原则不受影响，在小处妥协让步，既无碍大局也减少自己的烦恼。

5、暂时回避

　　在生活中受到挫折或打击时，最好暂时将烦恼放置在一边，去做自己喜欢的事，如运动、睡眠、娱乐等，等到心境平和后，再重新面对自己的难题。

6、找人倾诉烦恼

　　把所有抑郁埋藏在心底，只会令自己郁郁寡欢。不如把内心的烦恼告诉自己的知已好友，心情会顿感舒畅。倾诉可取得内心感情与外界刺激的平衡，去灾免病。当遇到不幸、烦恼和不顺心的事之后，切勿忧郁压抑，把心事深埋心底，而应将这些烦恼向你依赖、头脑冷静、善解人意的人倾诉，自言自语也行，对身边的动物讲也行。

7、为别人做点事

　　做好事，获得快乐，平衡心理。做好事，内心得到安慰，感到踏实；别人做出反应，自己得到鼓励，心情愉快乐。从自己做起，与人为善，这样才会有朋友。

8、不要处处与人竞争

　　有些人心理不平衡，完全是因为他们处处以人为竞争对象，迫使自己经常处于紧张状态。其实人之相处，以和为贵，只要你在心里上不把别人看成对手，别人也不一定与你为敌。

9、忘却也是保持心理平衡的好办法

　　忘记烦恼、忘记忧愁、忘记苦涩、忘记失意、忘记昨天、忘记自己、忘记他人对你的伤害、忘记朋友对你的背叛、忘记脆弱的情怀、忘记你曾有的羞悔和耻辱……这样你便可乐观豁达起来。人生的道路是曲折坎坷的，对于荣辱、富贵、贫穷、诽谤、嫉妒、酸楚等社会附加物，一笑置之，那么你就得到解脱了，心理就平衡了。

10、丰富多采的生活

　　这是消除心理大力的最好方法。从事你喜欢的活动时，比如下棋、打牌、绘画、钓鱼等，不平衡的心理自然逐渐得到平衡。
